Booth Fees
Full Booth 10'x12' : $200

($250 after March 12th, 2024)

Half Booth 5’x10’ : $125

($175 after March 12th, 2024)

Sponsors of $500 or more will receive a Full Booth with their sponsorship

Spaces are reserved in the order that the fee is received by the JCF
No refunds after May 22nd, 2024

All booths and activities are to be consistent with the theme of Japanese culture. Booth space is limited.

The registration fee is not refundable after May 22nd 2024.

Participants must provide their own booth, chairs, tables, electrical cords and booth garbage containers. JCF supplies the space and a large dumpster at the end of the day. All participants must have final approval by the JCF Executive committee.

Raffle Donation

Each participant may donate an item or service for the raffle conducted during the Fair. Please bring this item or certificate of service to the JCF Information Booth upon arrival. Although donations are not mandatory, they provide for a way to promote your business and your Fair booth.

Hours and Setup

Fair hours are 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Booths may be set up as early as 8:30 a.m. on the day of the Fair. Earlier setup can be arranged on a case by case basis. After setting up all vehicles must be moved from the Mission Plaza Park (by 10:30 a.m.) There is parking available across Mission Street. We request that booths remain set up until the close of the Fair at 6 p.m.

Materials cannot be left overnight.
